As a forum, south-plus (南+) has a name that just makes people scratch their heads. I've asked plenty of people in the same scene and nobody has a clue what it actually means. Maybe the admin just likes being mysterious—I've given up trying to figure it out. The site is basically a manga forum focused on doujinshi and ACG resources, with a few guys posting their own self-indulgent erotic stories. That's my honest take after browsing south-plus, hope it helps.

The first thing that stands out when you land on the site is how clean the homepage is. Aside from two static banner images at the top labeled "Honey Pot Juicer" and "Meat Toilet," there's almost no aggressive advertising. There's also a stats panel showing site activity: 3,671 posts today, 5,902 yesterday, 38,301,336 total posts, and 2,897,070 members. Looking at the numbers, these guys spending their days discussing manga plots almost seem like trust-fund kids who don't need day jobs.

Unlike most forums, the layout isn't buried under complicated categories. The two main sections I saw are "Manga Special Zone" and "General Discussion." The former is mostly doujinshi & CG threads, while the latter is where the otaku crowd hangs out, including original fiction and original art boards. Everything is displayed in a straightforward vertical list—simple and direct.

Pages load quickly once you click through, but you have to register in the top-left corner first or you'll only see the login screen. Registration requires a real email address because you need the confirmation email to finish signing up. There are two interface modes: the default is text-only (the clean view I saw first), and there's also an "Image Wall" mode you have to deliberately switch into.

When I switched to Image Wall mode in the doujinshi & CG section, the list finally looked like what you'd expect from an adult manga site—page after page of big-breast, big-ass thumbnails. At that point the earlier sparse feel disappeared. Almost everything here is Japanese, and most titles are still in Japanese. Click into any work and you get a dead-simple page: the cover image, a download link, and a note that the thread costs 0 SP. In other words, you can grab it straight from Baidu Netdisk. The extraction password? Just check the mod's username—"Extraction Password 4004." Thanks to that free policy, the comments section is already stacked with dozens of thank-you posts.

After checking other boards I noticed there are no access gates or download restrictions anywhere. You can get every piece of content here without spending a cent. It's a completely free adult doujinshi and CG manga forum, which is something I really appreciate. Judging by post times, people are seriously into hunting free hentai manga, and you'll always find others to talk about it with. Definitely worth bookmarking.
